Does Bahama Breeze have brunch? Here’s what’s actually on the menu
Short answer up top, plus the one thing you really need to know before you drive over in 2026.
No. Bahama Breeze doesn’t run a brunch service or a separate brunch menu. Locations open at 11 a.m. and serve lunch and dinner only, so there’s no morning breakfast and no bottomless-mimosa setup. A few brunch-leaning plates show up on the regular menu, but that’s it. One bigger caveat below: the whole brand is closing in 2026, so check that your nearest location is even open first.

People search “does Bahama Breeze have brunch” expecting a yes, because the place looks the part. Tropical patio, live music on weekends, fruity cocktails the size of your head. It feels like a Sunday-brunch spot.
It isn’t one, though. There’s no brunch menu, no brunch hours, no eggs Benedict. The kitchen opens at lunch and runs straight through to dinner. If you want a mid-morning meal, this isn’t the chain for it, and I’d rather tell you that now than have you show up at 10 a.m. to a locked door.
And there’s a much bigger thing worth knowing before you plan anything, which I’ll get to right after the menu part.
Is there a brunch menu at all?
No dedicated brunch menu exists. Bahama Breeze’s official dine-in menus are lunch and dinner. That’s the whole lineup. The FAQ on the brand’s own site doesn’t mention brunch either, and the menu categories you’ll find are starters, lunch combos, entrées, sides, desserts, and drinks. Nothing labeled “brunch.”
You’ll sometimes see Bahama Breeze filed under “Breakfast & Brunch” on Yelp or a delivery app. That’s just how those platforms bucket a sit-down restaurant that happens to open late morning. It doesn’t mean there’s a brunch program. A handful of scraper-style menu sites also claim “some locations offer weekend brunch,” but I couldn’t confirm that against anything official, and I wouldn’t bank on it.
What you can actually order in the late morning
Doors open at 11 a.m. at most locations. So the earliest you’re eating is lunch, and lunch is where the brunch-adjacent stuff lives. The lunch menu runs all day at a lot of spots, which is genuinely useful if you like breakfast-ish food at odd hours.
A few things on the regular menu scratch the brunch itch without being called brunch:
| If you’re craving | What to look at instead |
|---|---|
| Chicken and waffles | Johnny cakes-style chicken plate (a savory Caribbean spin that’s appeared on the menu) |
| A big weekend salad | Cabana crunch chicken salad, or a steak salad if you want it heartier |
| Something to share while you decide | Coconut shrimp, empanadas, spinach and artichoke dip from the starters list |
| A boozy brunch drink | Frozen Bahamarita or a piña colada in a hollowed pineapple (see drinks below) |
Item names reflect the Bahama Breeze menu as listed in August 2026. Offerings are shifting as the brand winds down, so confirm on the official menu before you count on any single dish.

The closest thing to a brunch cocktail
There’s no bottomless-mimosa deal that I can confirm anywhere. What Bahama Breeze does well is frozen tropical cocktails, which is a different kind of brunch energy but arguably a better one. The Frozen Bahamarita gets ordered constantly, and the piña colada served inside an actual pineapple is more of a spectacle than a subtle drink.
Here’s the honest heads-up, from experience: these are big and they’re strong. One is plenty with food. The pitcher-size pours are meant to share, and people order one thinking it’s a single glass, then wonder why the tab jumped. If it’s just you, get the regular size.

Read this before you plan any visit
This is the part that outranks the brunch question. On February 3, 2026, Darden Restaurants announced it’s ending the Bahama Breeze brand. All 28 remaining locations are affected. Fourteen close permanently, with a final day of April 5, 2026. The other fourteen keep operating for now and will convert into different Darden restaurants (Olive Garden, LongHorn, Yard House, and so on) over the following 12 to 18 months.
What that means for you: brunch was never on the menu, but neither is a long-term future for the chain. If there’s a dish or a Frozen Bahamarita you’ve been meaning to have, 2026 is the year. Check whether your local spot is on the closing list or the converting list before you make the trip.

Vegetarian and gluten questions
Since people ask this alongside the brunch question: Bahama Breeze marks some items vegetarian, like the black bean burger and a couple of salads, and several dishes are naturally lower in gluten. But there’s no certified gluten-free menu, and the kitchen uses shared equipment and fryers.
If you have a real allergy or celiac, tell your server before you order and confirm at that specific location. A menu label is a starting point, not a guarantee. This holds true whether you’re ordering a midday salad or anything else.
Quick answers
Does Bahama Breeze serve brunch on weekends?
No confirmed weekend brunch service or brunch menu. Locations open at 11 a.m. and serve the standard lunch and dinner menu. Some third-party listings tag it under “brunch,” but that’s a platform category, not an actual brunch offering.
What time does Bahama Breeze open?
Most locations open at 11 a.m., so there’s no early breakfast service. Closing time is often late, around midnight or later on weekends, but hours are set per location. Check the official site for your store.
Does Bahama Breeze have breakfast food?
Not a breakfast menu, no. The lunch menu has a few brunch-leaning plates like a chicken-and-johnny-cakes dish and big salads, but you won’t find eggs, pancakes, or a breakfast section.
Does Bahama Breeze have bottomless mimosas?
Nothing official that we could verify. The draw is frozen tropical cocktails like the Frozen Bahamarita, ordered by the glass or in a share size, not a bottomless brunch package.
Is Bahama Breeze closing?
Yes. Darden announced on February 3, 2026 that the brand is winding down. Fourteen locations close permanently by April 5, 2026, and the remaining fourteen convert to other Darden brands over the next 12 to 18 months.
Who owns Bahama Breeze?
Darden Restaurants, the same parent company behind Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, and Yard House.
